FiOS Gaming the system

I'm really tired of crappy cable speeds and prices and have been waiting not so patiently for Fios in my neighborhood. Is is wrong of me to continually make up names/emails and guess at addresses around me to make it look like my area is a hotspot of people waiting for Fios? Not that I think its going to work, but makes me feel like I"m proactive hahah!
