I live in West Bloomfield,MI and on your site under http://www.fiberexperts.com/fios-speed-test.html Under Michigan it shows West Bloomfield,MI on there. Does this mean my city will be one of the first to get Fios? I love this service have tried it out and I want it!!!!  I also live in a At&t territory but I hear verizon likes to run competition in the area. I hear Michigan told verizon you can plant fios anywhere you want. Please tell me that means what I think it means haha.

Please respond ill be waiting thanks

Verizon does not announce future deployment plans due to competition. You can sometimes get tidbits of info like if they filed paperwork with local or state agencies and possibly other things but in general, Verizon does not announce stuff like that. Since you are in AT&T's area, I don't think you will ever get Fios but if Verizon does decide to go into AT&T's area, it will not be for at least 5-10 after they build out their own area.

There has been one case that I know about in Texas where Verizon has gone or will go into an AT&T area because that area is surrounded by Verizon and it just made sense to build out the whole area rather then leave a small pocket of AT&T area. Bottom line, don't hold your breath on getting Fios in an AT&T area. Try AT&T's version of Fios called U-verse. I hear it is not as good as Fios but it is worth a shot.

Well I know Michigan gave verizon rights to plant fios ANYWHERE in the state, how would I find other files/documents on that? I also think they will come in this area because Michigan has a big thing to do with the wireless/phone company industry. I hope they do come in here.. Uverse is expensive and I heard it sucks.

What you are hoping and what they are actually going to do are two very different things. Like I said, it will still be years before they even decide if they will go into AT&T's area and then they may never do that. Verizon is still trying to build out it's own area. If you want Fios that bad, you will probably have to move to a Verizon area.
