I have FiOS north of me - Beacon. FiOS east of me - Carmel. FiOS south of me - Peekskill. FiOS west of me - Newburgh. And according to my taxes, I'm definitely not living in a poor section. So where the hell is FiOS that according to a Verizon rep was to come to Cold Spring in September of '07?
