availabiity in Bellevue WA

Verizon says FIOS is available for Bellevue(near Seattle WA): http:/www.fiberexperts.com/washington-fios.html

Clicking on the city 'bellevue' shows no more informaiton --- that sucks!

Also, when I enter my home address (in eastside), it simply does not recognize my address. I guess that means it's not available for me.

Anybody knows how I can find out when it will come to my neighbourhood? This thing sounds very cool, and comcast is too expensive.
