Fios coming to NE PA?

I live in Wayne County, PA and have noticed on the map that Fios is available to our East, South and North. it is not available to our West. Does anyone know when Verizon is looking at bringing FIOS into Scranton and NE from there? We are looking forward to upgrading EVERYTHING!!
