Getting past FiOS DVR Recording Caveats?

Hey guys,

So I've had my Verizon FiOS TV for maybe a little over 2 weeks now. After replacing my DVR once since the hard drive was broken, I've had a lot better luck with my second box. Unfortunately, there appear to be some caveats with the recording, and I'm trying to figure out how to make it work.

My first problem is trying to get Rescue Me to record. Due to scheduling conflicts, I want to watch the 11pm version instead of the 10pm version. I've already attempted to setup the recording, which was for First Run + Repeats, on Scheduled Channel, on Scheduled Time. Unfortunately it will seem to record the first one coming up, but then any after that I don't see them on the scheduled recordings window.

I am also beginning to notice other programs doing this. Thursday I typically watch Dark Blue (the midnight airing for scheduling conflicts, and this always seemed to work), Big Brother (all other recordings have worked), and TNA (again, recordings have worked). Scrolling ahead right now to next week, I don't see Big Brother nor TNA Impact recording.

I'm sure I'm going to be experiencing more issues like this. It doesn't matter how I setup the recording, the only way some of them seem to work is by setting a scheduled manual recording for a specific time slot. Does anyone know what is going on, or how these can be fixed? I've already rebooted the box once and that did not resolve anything.
