I have recently upgraded--last night--from 5/2 mbps internet speed to 20/5 mbps.  The new plan shows up as my system setting speed, but when I run a speed test, I am at the old speed.  Do I have to reset my router?  Advice would be appreciated.

You shouldn't have to, but I guess it wouldn't hurt. How'd it go?

there's a possibility it might not be configured correctly on the verizon side
on most upgrades a router reset is not necessary, but it does help.

where are you going to do your speed tests?
