FIOS in 19038 area

I am buying a house in Laverock, PA. 19038 (Chelteham Twps). Moving in this Nov... badly want FIOS; don't want  to get Comcast and be locked in a contract with them.

Any inside info on when is going to be available? I really appreciate any info on this...
