Hi,
I have the Verizon FIOS 5 Static IPs Business Service for my company. Here's my current setup:

Internet->ActionTec MI424-WR Router->Switch->Internal Network

I have been pulling my hair trying to get the router to listen on all 5 static IPs at once. The most I can get at one single time is two IPs. I have been on the phone with Verizon and Actiontec. Actiontec told us to get a new block of IPs. We did that and still no change. Verizon is USELESS. My frustration with Verizon is at an all time high. I have been dealing with this problem for approx 6 months.
So basically starting from a factory reset, what I have done is set the primary external IP as the first IP in my range. I then added the four other IPs to the Additional IPs section and all five to the Static NAT in Firewall settings. I then reboot the router, ssh outside my network to another server and start trying to ping. I can ping the first and second addresses but none of the others.

My question is...does it sound like my setup is correct or am I missing something? Also, I have tried other routers to no avail.

Any insight is appreciated.

Hi Larry,

I do not (yet) have FIOS, but I had the same problem with COX cable.
In my situation, I had to find a support person who knew how make the cable modem listen to more than one MAC address at once.
By default, even though I had paid for 4 IP's, the router did not know to respond to more than one.

Hope it helps.
