Fios in Maryland

I know Fios is available in many counties in Maryland, but it's not available in my particular area. I live around a lot of farm land in PG County. What is technically required in order for it to become available because the internet connection we have is dismal and it's the only thing available. I can't seem to find it on the website.

I live in Pasadena, MD less than 4k ft from central office. Verizon has installed FIOS north, west and south of Pasadena. What gives? Glen Burnie was wired last year and they along with us were part of the extended installation. GB was moved up and wired but not Pasadena. I've tried to contact VZ for an update as to our FIOS installation but can't get nothing out of them other than the usual "keep checking for availabilty" or my other favorite, " we're always adding new streets daily, keep checking back..." If anyone travels along Mountain RD (Rt 177) you'll see that VZ started FIOS on several poles but left the fiber on the distribution box. It looks like they ran off to Baltimore County to wire them and left Anne  >:(Arundel. I could be wrong but that's what their construction website seems to show.
