Actiontec Router

I keep getting Limited or No activity when first turning on my computer, I get this error on 3 Different computers and the Actiontec has already been replaced by verizon.  Verizon so far has not been able to solve the problem. What else might be causing this problem

All three computers using wireless connection?  Have you checked all your Windows network connection settings and options?  Maybe they are not set to use your actiontec as the default?
