Since the new software was installed, the series I have set to record do not show up in the DVR shows to record. They show up as checked in the guide though. Anyone else seeing this?

Have you checked the recording options?
Do you have First-Run Only set on?
Have you tried deleting the recording and creating a new one to update the box?
Has the date and time changed at all?
