Swampscott, MA Availability Map?

I'm happy to draw it on Google Maps, but I'd love to find out where in Swampscott, MA FIOS is already installed and available.

I currently live in Falls Church, VA, and was one of the first FIOS customers on the east coast that wasn't a Verizon Employee.  It was installed on November 2, 2004, the horrible day when Bush was reelected.  At least I had 30Mbps to watch the returns, download bittorrents and ISOs and whatever else I wanted to drown my sorrows! :-)

Anyway, though the wife might object, we think we'll be moving to Swampscott, MA in the next 1-2 years, and I want to know where in Swampscott FIOS is available, and additionally if Verizon is continuing to build out in Swampscott.  I'd prefer to keep both the TV and Internet service; I use Vonage for phone service at the moment.

So, where in Swampscott, MA should I move? Also, anyone from that city or with knowledge of the city, I'd love recommendations of nice neighborhoods, quiet streets, nice neighbors, etc... then again, I realize this is a FIOS forum, so all I'm hoping for is the location of the FIOS buildout in Swampscott, MA.
