Just had the "FIOS Triple Play" installed last week (New Castle County, DE). Bye-bye Comca$t, good riddance! The $99 offer doesn't include the STB rent (just like Comcast), which is $13 for an HD DVR and $5 for a standard box. I upped the internet to 15/2, adding $10 to make the total monthly bill $127.
In comparison, Comcrap was charging $120 for practically (but not quite) the same TV listing, one HD DVR, and 5Mb/375Kb internet

(AT&T was charging me $50/mo for the honor and privilege of their telephone service

). Comcast must have known something was up, because the day the tech was installing everything, a postcard came in the mail for Comcast's triple play offer of $159 ($171 with HD DVR, but only 5Mb internet).
All told, I'm saving at least $40/month over Comcast's offer, getting MUCHO faster internet, and better (non-VOIP) telephone service. Compared to what I was paying before, it's more like $50/mo.
Initial opinion:
TV: HD quality is exactly the same (ALL channels are sent out as 1080i, even Fox, ABC, ESPN...that are native 720P), but the analog cable channels are much better; no motion pixelization! Comcast's compression must be much higher. The IMG is still the "old" one, not the updated one coming soon, but it's still better than Comcast's. Search by name, title, etc. is nice; Comcast doesn't offer this. There are NO free movies in On Demand yet

, but several cable channel shows are available. FIOS tech says this will change in the near (3-6 month) term.
Internet: 15Mbit SCREAMS... so long as you're pulling from sites that aren't throttled down. Actiontec router is very nice; includes many features of higher-end routers. Nice admin interface.
Very happy so far.
