under 48 hours from installation they call up and cancel and postpone it for a month later? Does anyone have any experience is this the kind of customer service we are getting our selves into.....A company that could give to Sh*ts about there subscribers.....If this is what verizon has to offer when it comes to taking care of the people that make them money then perhaps we are better off staying cablevision......This is a god damn joke! Dont even have the service yet and already there help line Blows!
