I can't seem to get good picture quality on my WD-52627 DLP. Some hd channels are good but digital, analog and some HD is fuzzy. I had Verizon out here 3 times. The techs don't have a clue on what could be wrong.

from my experince most picture quality issues are on the premise and nothing to do with signal strength from the provider.
consider one of these few things
1. bad installation - we're talking about fiber here, it could be an issue with a dirty fiber. although, if that was the case all of your ther services would be intermittent as well.
2. bad inside wiring - how old is your home? might the coax cabling be deteriorating?
3. loose input/output connections - by far it is the most common reason for bad picture quality.
4. bad tv inputs - have your tried changing the cables to another input on the tv or used a copletely different type of input all together?
