I have never, in my life, dealt with a more customer unfriendly company, It is impossible to get an answer regarding when the television service will be available although their website says it is available at my address. Not to mention their internet install technicians told me that there was a TV signal up and running to my apartment. The "customer service" email form gives me an error every time. Nobody will answer my questions. If you expect anything out of this company, prepare for dissapointment. Go with someone else, this company was obviously not ready to impliment this service. Bunch of amateurs.
