I've got all three FIOS services (Phone, Internet, TV) now and the installation and use has been excellent.  They upgraded my Internet speed at no extra charge - original choices were 5 & 15 Meg, now they are 10 & 20 (i've got 10).  I understand they will be doubling those speeds in the near future, and increasing them as time goes on.  I'm on Long Island in NY.

I am jealous!

I am in Keller, TX, the first city in the nation to be wired for FiOS, signed up for the 5/2 plan, and still have it. They apparently have no significant competition here at higher speeds, so they haven't increased our speeds, very disappointing..but rumor is that it is coming, sometime...

But then again, I am very happy with my FiOS service, I also have internet, TV, and phone, been super reliable, and absolutely heavenly compared to the cable provider I previously used.
