I had this problem when I had the system installed. It was happening when the installers were loading the system on my computer. Then they made a few tweeks and didn't get the message for several page changes and said all fixed and left. The problem continues and can be a real frustration for us. When we are just surfing the web, we just refresh the page and up it comes. But we work from home on secured servers a lot and when it happens, it crashes our session and we have to start over. There are times when my wife turns off your service on her computer and puts in her air card and works from that. It really pisses her off too, because its slow. She owns the business and when it slows her down, it slows everyone down. She does medical review with about 40 doctors on specialized difficult patient cases to try and find a way to help the patients. We really need to have a more reliable connection. Its almost like being dropped on a cell phone. Anyway, is there anything you can suggest we do to rectify this problem? We did call customer service and they told us that our line speed was fine so we had no problem. That guy really rubbed me the wrong way. If we can't get this worked out, we need to get our old DSL service reinstalled and running again. We love the speed, but we need reliability also. Thanks, Shawn
