Hey, I had a question. I live in Middlesex county in NewJersey. Anways, it says that FIOS is available in the state of NJ but when I look on verizon's site, it tells me to put my phone number in. I do that and it says that it isn't available in my area. What's up with that?

If its available in Middlesex county, thats great for you. That means FiOS may possibly be available in your city/town soon. The most inportant thing to look at is the city/town when trying to find out whether FiOS is available near you. Just because its says its available in your county doesn't necessarily mean its available in the entire county, only specifics parts of your county. Again, just look for your city/town and if its available you are one of the lucky few. Good luck to you.

Shocked FIOS Internet available in Monmouth County!! Received an offer Friday 11/04/05 at home (UPS letter pak). $44.95 for 15MB very close in $$ to Comcast cable internet. Am seriously considering it. Undecided Have lots of questions first, i.e., obligations? like if I want to drop Verizon voice and switch to Vonage what are the implications? etc., etc.
