I tried to call 1-888-553-1555 but get automated 24/7 which doesn't work.  Is there a live customer support available ?

Anyone ?  thanks.  I have problem with Fios TV, need help quick.  I prefer top talk to someone live.

They are available, you just have to know how to navigate their dorky prompts

I had channel adjustments made at 11pm last night, got through with no problems. Their automated system is not intuitive.
